The sixth Member Congress of Ningbo Fastener Industry Association was grandly held
On October 6, 2025, the sixth term change conference of Ningbo Fastener Industry Association was grandly held at Ningbo Zhuangyuanlou Hotel. More than 300 leaders of fastener industry associations, enterprise representatives and member units from all over the country gathered together to witness this grand event in the industry.
This conference has received strong support from authoritative institutions such as the China General Machinery Components Industry Association and the National Technical Committee for Fastener Standardization. Wang Chengju, the chairman of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, Ding Baoping, the director of the National Fastener Standardization Technical Committee, Xue Kangsheng, the president of the Fastener Professional Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, and many other industry heavyweights attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Tang Heting, the executive vice secretary-general of the association, read out the approval document from the Ningbo Civil Affairs Bureau regarding the association's term change.
Subsequently, the representatives present listened carefully to and deliberated on the "Work Report of the Fifth Council" delivered by Xu Pengfei, the executive vice president. The report comprehensively reviews the remarkable achievements made by the association over the past five years in organizational construction, platform building, enterprise services, technological innovation and other aspects.
Over the past five years, the association has actively recruited new members and continuously consolidated its organizational foundation. For five consecutive years, we have successfully held industry exhibitions and organized enterprises to participate in important domestic and international exhibitions, contributing to the smooth re-evaluation of Ningbo's title as "China's Fastener Capital" in 2021. Give full play to the role of the "Ningbo Fastener Foreign Trade Early Warning Demonstration Point", and have cumulatively helped enterprises secure over one million yuan in government subsidy funds. Within five years, member enterprises have won 30 special prizes and 23 excellence awards for outstanding new products in China's mechanical general components independent innovation. Twelve enterprises have been awarded the titles of national, provincial and municipal "Little Giant" and "Single Champion" in specialized, refined, Unique and innovative fields.
The conference also reviewed and approved the "Financial Report of the Fifth Council", the "Work Report of the Fifth Supervisory Board", as well as the revised "Association Charter" and "Membership Fee Payment Standards" and other important documents, and elected the new members of the council and the supervisory board.
At the first meeting of the sixth council held subsequently, through a secret ballot election, Mr. Li Zhongming, the chairman of Sijin Intelligent Forming Equipment Co., LTD., was unanimously elected as the chairman of the sixth council and the new president of the association. The meeting also decided to appoint Xu Pengfei as the part-time secretary-general, Tang Heting as the full-time executive deputy secretary-general, and Jin Abao and Xie Wuyi as part-time deputy secretaries-general.
At the first general meeting of the sixth term, the new president Li Zhongming delivered his inaugural speech. He stated that the new council will continue to uphold its service tenet, deepen platform construction, promote technological innovation and digital transformation in the industry, and contribute to the high-quality development of the fastener industry in Ningbo.
During the conference, Jiang Yongfeng, the president of the Jiangsu Fastener Industry Association, presented a souvenir to the Ningbo Association on behalf of the sister associations.
Wang Chengju, the president of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, Xue Kangsheng, the president of the Fastener Branch, Feng Jinyao, the honorary president, and Fan Yulong, the honorary president of the Ningbo Fastener Industry Association, highly praised the achievements of the fifth council of the Ningbo Association in their speeches. They extended their warm congratulations to the new leadership team and expressed their hope that the association would continue to play a leading role. Make greater contributions to consolidating and enhancing Ningbo's status as the "Fastener Capital of China".
The sixth term change conference of Ningbo Fastener Industry Association came to a successful conclusion in an atmosphere of unity and progress.
