On June 6, 2025, the "Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Trade Secret Protection Alliance", initiated by the Zhenhai District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, organized by the District Fastener Industry Association, and jointly established with key enterprises within the region, was officially inaugurated. Sheng Weigang, deputy director of the Zhenhai District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, presided over the event. Xiang Wei, secretary-general of the association, introduced the work of the trade secret demonstration station. Pan Lingna, director of the Price Supervision and Anti-Unfair Competition Division of the Ningbo Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, introduced the significant importance of establishing the alliance and conducted the unveiling ceremony.

Zhenhai is an important base for the national fastener industry, with a complete industrial chain. Its products are applied in core fields such as automobiles and aerospace. However, as competition intensifies, problems such as the leakage of process parameters and the loss of customer resources have become prominent, and the innovation achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises are at risk of being stolen. The establishment of the protection alliance has broken the traditional "going it alone" model. Through the mechanism of "industry joint defense and resource sharing", it has built a solid safety barrier for regional industrial upgrading.

The alliance adheres to the tenet of "industry self-discipline, technical protection, and resource sharing", focusing on three core tasks: building a risk prevention and control system, formulating protection conventions and standards, and promoting collective signing and implementation by enterprises. Strengthen joint rights protection and collaboration, provide "one-stop" services, and establish a joint crackdown mechanism; Deepen policy empowerment, carry out policy interpretation and case analysis, and promote enterprises to transform from "passive defense" to "active management".

At the founding conference, the procedures of "signing the convention, unveiling and presenting the plaque, and policy interpretation" were completed. The relevant person in charge of the Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association stated that in the future, they will continue to gather the strength of all parties to safeguard the development of enterprises and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the industry.
